Instructions

Abstract acceptance does not mean registration: each author attending the conference must pay the conference fee.

How to Register

1. Complete your details of the online registration form.

2. Choose Payment Method. Secure online payment via bank transfer or other available options. Please note that Submitting the registration form does not guarantee the early bird discount—payment must be completed by the date (UTC+8). International bank transfer will normally take 72 hours. After we receive the payment you will receive a confirmation email with the receipt of your payment. If you did not receive such an email within 7 working days please contact Ms. Tia Fu (Tia@bramcflink.com).

Important Notes:

1. Please note that we don't accept USD for on-site transactions.
2. Please pay the conference fees within one week after submitting this registration form.
3. Visa Assist
   • Please inform the organizing committee before September 15th 2027;
   • After the registration fee is successfully paid, the organizing committee can provide free visa processing services;
   • Otherwise, handling fee will be charged 50 USD per person;
4. Refund Policy:
   • 30 Days before the conference: the organizing committee will deduct handling fee USD 50 per person;
   • 7 Days before the conference: the organizing committee will deduct handling fee USD 100 per person;
   • The refund will be processed within 15 working days after the conference;
   • If the registered participants are unable to attend due to special reasons, they can assign someone else to attend, please notify the organizing committee to update the relevant registration information 3 days before the conference.
